With 25 years of history of deploying Dynamics D365 and its predecessors we have quite an eclectic mix of implementations to choose from, here are a few notable ones and the part we played in them.

Police Authority
This was not your typical implementation story but a project where our expertise was called upon to give a very large multi-force police project some ‘authority’ of its own working directly for the combined police authorities Programme Director.
The project was extremely complex with interfaces and integration’s galore, many with public sector specific software that wasn’t quite as ‘dynamic’ as MS Dynamics Talent HR solution.
The main challenge the police were faced with was continual under estimation of the timescale in which the project could be delivered. It was our rather more realistic approach to how long these processes actually take, contrary to what their large MS Partner company were saying that helped set expectations more appropriately.
Where the MS Partner were stating 6 months to go-live we were quoting closer to 2 years! Now we all know that there’s political and commercial reasons behind every large complex project but basically the partner company (quite new to the Dynamics ERP scene) was just not getting their planning right for whatever reason and that’s where our advisory role gave the police an understanding of their own.
